+Model Daul Kim was found dead in Paris this morning, her agents at Next confirm. ›She was a top model and a great friend to all of us at Next. Please respect her family’s privacy at this time of sadness. We will all miss her very much,‹ they said in a statement. The cause of death remains unknown at this time, but a source tells the 20-year-old committed suicide. She will be missed. ( via TheCut)

SYDNEY/MARS

The Sydney Dust Storm that happened on 23rd of September 2009. Beautiful and creepy in the same time. The thing that amazes me is the fact that these photos aren't photoshopped, not even a bit. It even looks a little unreal, but yes it really happened. The reddish-sepia tone colour reminds me of planet mars. These actually make me shudder. Amazing.

MAORI/MADSEN/AND A HALF

+Anne-Sofie Madsen, applying the traditional Maori art into a classic, european clothing collection. I love the touch she gave onto her garments, and her breathtaking illustrations. Very exotic, but elegant in the same time. Such an inspiring lady, and giving me high spirits and excitement to attend college :D




+ Nikicio's Oneandahalf SS 2010 preview. I have to own at least one of these garments!
+ The camera broke down, and so does my mood. I have been very busy making such kinds of assignments both at home and at college. I 'm about to start my first project after this. Sounds like the road to success ain't it?

LONG/BREAK

+ I've been dealing with some activities(and laziness) with my new friends and yesterday me and a bunch of kids from my faculty were finding a spot for some event. The place was really beautiful, in a real forest. However the place was kind of creepy.




+ 1 & 2. Enjoying more great articles, really old fashion scans, quotes and interviews of Rei Kawakubo like i've always did. She has inspired me in all way since ever, and one of the reasons why I'm interested in contemporary fashion and art.
+ One of my favourite look from Topman Auntumn/Winter 09/10 collection. I've never really liked topman or topshop either, but I think this is an exception.
+ Givenchy Summer/Spring 2010 shoes. Send me a pair of these and you'll be the kindest person I've ever known :D
