Make-up, Video: Mary-Kate Inspired Look
Here's a "tutorial" for a quick, easy smokey eye based on Mary-Kate's make-up which she always keeps super simple. I wore it with yesterday's outfit and tried to make it look less "made-up" and a little bit grungier to go with the messy crop-top. Please excuse the creepy faces I make when I apply mascara, haha. :)

Crazy hot today...and I couldn't be happier! Cut one of the boy's t-shirts in half to make a crop top and did a pretty terrible job, ha. I'll have to make it slightly more even...although I think I might like the ragged edge. Also busted out my neon pink flats...they seriously glow. OH, and the necklace was a Chictopia reward! So good...I clearly couldn't take it off. I believe the brand is Tuleste Market to those interested. :)

The sheer gloves with metallic gold detail are amazing! Pretty sure they'd be even better as tights. And a full upper-body leather harness would make for a pretty killer accessory. I imagine wearing it with hidden-platform boots and stomping around like a horse, haha.

Tonight is "spring formal" at my school...meaning lots of drunk college kids in floral dresses and button-downs. Should be fun! haha. Anyway, I decided to go for basic black with lots of little details and a very heavy smoky eye! Have a great Saturday everyone!
Inspiration: Snowscape
Mint green + pink (delicious color combo), bunnies, and frost-bitten make-up are among many of the reasons that I looovee these images! Plus they seem all the more fantastic now that the snow has long melted away. A glass of wine (or two...), some gossip girl, and another obsessive coat of purple nail polish (revlon "nail enamel" dulls and chips easily but I'm loving the strange color of barney purple that I currently have on).

Just because the weather is getting warmer doesn't mean that you can't still layer! Last week was pretty stressful...so now I pretty much have nothing to say and am off to watch 10 things I hate about you. Will catch up to emails/comments this week, I promise! Oh yeah...and happy 420, haha.
